Rockstar Games has announced that Grand Theft Auto VI will be available to pre-load on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S beginning November 10, 2026. Players will need up to 212 GB of available storage, depending on their platform.
On PlayStation 5, digital pre-loading will begin at midnight on November 10 in each player’s local time zone. Xbox Series X|S pre-loading will begin simultaneously worldwide at 12 AM GMT on the same date.
Rockstar also confirmed that code-in-box editions for both consoles are expected to become available through retailers starting November 12.
A printable Grand Theft Auto VI poster and map of Leonida will become available as a free digital download on November 19.
A double-sided physical version featuring the cover artwork and map will be sold through the Rockstar Store shortly after launch. It will cost $0.99 when purchased separately or be included free with any Rockstar Store purchase.
